AR ARGE Technology Industry and Trade Inc. was founded by Prof. Dr. Emin İBİLİ and Dr. Aysel Burcu İBİLİ to develop innovative, high-value-added technologies in the fields of healthcare, education, and industry. AR ARGE brings together artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, extended reality (XR), digital twins, and medical imaging technologies to develop cutting-edge solutions for healthcare, education, and industry sectors. Our company and projects have been supported by TÜBİTAK BİGG and KOSGEB, earning top honors and awards in distinguished technology and entrepreneurship competitions with flagship platforms such as MEDAR and AIRADAR.

Prof. Dr. Emin İBİLİ
Prof. Dr. Emin İBİLİ graduated from Ege University Computer Engineering and holds two doctoral (Ph.D.) degrees in Augmented Reality and Medical Informatics. He has led national and international studies on artificial intelligence, medical imaging, AR/VR/XR, and educational technologies, and conducted advanced research at the University of South Australia during 2017–2018. As of September 2026, he continues his postdoctoral research at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Dr. Aysel Burcu İBİLİ
Dr. Aysel Burcu İBİLİ is a physician and academic who combines her clinical expertise in pediatrics (child health and diseases) with medical education and healthcare technologies. She completed her second doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in Medical Education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. Her clinical and academic background makes a crucial contribution to ensuring that the solutions developed by the company are designed to meet real healthcare needs.
