Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the AIRADAR platform (web portal, learning management system and the Windows, Android, Meta Quest, HoloLens and WebGL applications) operated by AR ARGE Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("AR ARGE"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Institution accounts are managed by the institution's administrator, who decides which teachers and students join and which courses they see.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or endanger the security of the platform.

2. Subscriptions, credits and payments

• Plans are monthly or yearly; prices and contents are shown on the pricing page before payment. Payments are processed by PayTR; we do not store card details.
• Credits are granted per month of the plan and are used to join courses in the market. Extra credit packs are one-off purchases.
• A purchase opens in your account at once on payment (a service performed instantly in electronic form); as you agree to it starting at once, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ğ, ı). You may still ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment with a valid reason (a technical problem, a duplicate or mistaken payment, the service not being as described); the request is reviewed. The amount follows your use: every generation credit (GC) of the order you spent is deducted at 0.60 TL, and if all of it was spent that part comes to zero; if more than 10 % of the content was used, the used share is deducted. A service that could not be provided or did not work because of a fault is refunded at any time. Purchases made before 2 October 2026 keep the 14-day period they were sold with. Write from the e-mail address of your account to info@arsolution.com (or use the contact page) with your order number and the reason; requests from another address need an identity check. The request is reviewed and decided; an approved refund goes to your card within 14 days. Institution subscriptions follow their contract.
• Before paying you see and accept the pre-contract information form and the distance sales contract.
• Institution subscriptions are billed to the institution; cancellation requests are sent from the institution panel and take effect at the end of the paid period.

3. Acceptable use

• Purchased rights and content are personal: do not let others use your account, and do not download, copy, screen-record or share the content (PDFs, videos, 3D models, …); accounts that do may be suspended.
• Do not share accounts, attempt to access other users' data, bypass payment or licence checks, or upload unlawful, harmful or third-party copyrighted content.
• Medical images and patient data may only be uploaded in anonymised form and in line with your institution's rules.

4. Content

The platform, its 3D models, scenes and software belong to AR ARGE or its licensors. Content you upload stays yours; you give us the permission needed to store and show it to the users you choose. Content bought in the market is licensed for use on the platform.

5. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The platform is an educational tool and does not replace professional medical judgement. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected period, except where the law does not allow a limit.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; significant changes are announced on the platform. Turkish law applies; İzmir courts and enforcement offices are competent. Contact: info@arsolution.com.
