Payments, invoices and refunds
Payments are processed by PayTR. You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment (the service starts at once, so the 14-day withdrawal does not apply; a service that could not be provided or failed is always refunded); write from the e-mail address of your account to info@arsolution.com with your order number and the reason; the request is reviewed and decided. For invoices, write to us with your order number too. Terms of Service
